How to Use (Fingerstick Whole Blood Method)
- Prepare
Wash your hands thoroughly and dry them before starting the test. - Clean the Finger
Open the alcohol prep pad and clean the fingertip. Allow it to air dry. - Collect Blood Sample
Use the lancet to prick your fingertip. Gently squeeze the finger to obtain a drop of blood. - Transfer the Sample
Use the dropper to collect the blood and fill it to the indicated mark. - Add Blood to Test Device
Dispense the collected blood into the sample well of the test cassette. - Add Buffer Solution
Add the required drops of buffer solution into the designated well. - Wait for Results
Read the results after 15 minutes. Do not interpret results after 30 minutes. - Dispose Safely
Dispose of all used materials (lancet, test device, etc.) according to local biohazard waste regulations.
